Award Booking Service

Award booking service: fly on your points, minus the research

An award booking service redeems your airline miles and credit card points for you. Miles Man is an IATAN-accredited travel agency that searches every program and transfer partner, finds the flights, hotels, and cruises your points can actually book, and reserves them with you — one flat fee, nothing charged until your trip is confirmed.

What we book with your points

  • Award flights on every major airline and alliance
  • Transfer-partner sweet spots (Amex, Chase, Bilt, Capital One, Citi)
  • Hotel award nights and Fine Hotels + Resorts stays
  • Cruises, upgrades, and cash bookings when points aren’t the better deal
  • Changes and rebookings on trips we’ve booked

What it is

What does an award booking service do?

An award booking service is a travel agent who specializes in redeeming airline miles and hotel points on your behalf. You keep your points in your own accounts. The agent works out which loyalty program, route, and transfer partner gets you the trip you want for the fewest points, then books it with you and charges a flat fee — typically $50 to $400 per person depending on cabin and distance.

It is worth paying for when award availability is scarce, the routing is complex (multiple partners, stopovers, premium cabins), or you don’t have hours to spend searching. For a simple domestic economy award you can usually book yourself; for a family in business class to Europe or Asia, a good booker often saves far more in points than the fee costs.

The process

How does an award booking work?

Share your trip and your points

Tell us where and when you want to go, who’s travelling, and roughly what miles and points you hold across airlines, hotels, and transferable currencies.

Complete the credit card authorization form

Nothing is charged until your booking is complete.

We search and present your best options

We check award availability across programs and transfer partners and come back with the top routings, cabins, and point costs — with the trade-offs spelled out.

You approve, and we book it together

Once you pick an option we book it live on a screen share, so your logins and points never leave your control.

The service fee is charged — enjoy the trip

You’re only billed once the reservation is ticketed and confirmed.

Fit

Who this is for

You have points and no plan

A pile of Amex, Chase, or airline miles and a trip in mind, but you’re not sure which program to use.

The routing is complex

Multiple passengers, premium cabins, open jaws, or partner airlines — the searches that eat a weekend.

Availability looks impossible

Your dates show nothing on the airline’s own site. Often the space is there on a partner.

You just want it handled

You value your time more than the fee and want someone accountable if plans change.
